Who needs it?
Pretty much everyone! Our bodies are constantly exposed to toxins (viruses, bacteria, fungi, environmental) and it is the job of our lymphatic system to eliminate them. When our lymphatic systems become sluggish due to inactivity, poor food choices, stress, surgery or injury, we become tired, bloated, puffy, or ill. Our body will not heal as it was designed to.
