What We Do
MASSAGE THERAPY
We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions. Our licensed massage therapist will work to soothe tired muscles and erase your aches & pains. Cupping therapy is complimentary upon request.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized technique which encourages lymph flow within the body. It uses delicate, rhythmic movements to decongest lymph vessels, allowing your body to eliminate toxins and excess fluid naturally.
VISCERAL MANIPULATION
Visceral manipulation is a gentle modality used to restore function, mobility and motility to the organs. It is helpful for digestive issues, musculoskeletal problems, chronic inflammation and more.
